Senior Cycle

Senior cycle in our school consists of the option of transition-year, fifth-year and sixth-year. Students in fifth-year and sixth-year follow the Leaving Certificate Established Programme (LCE). For the LCE students normally study;

English

Irish (unless officially DES exempt from the subject)

Maths

Students will also study four other subjects from a range of options. These optional subjects are likely to include;

Accounting

Art

Biology

Business

Chemistry

Construction Studies

Design and Communications Graphics

Geography

German

History

Home Economics

Music

Physics

 

Please note that not all options may run during a particular senior cycle.

The school does not offer the Leaving Certificate Applied Programme.
